I had a previous walk in Tub presentation. They did not cover any features Neil offers on his tubs. No hard selling, made it easy to listen and make up your mind on the value you are getting with the tub installation. Neil was passionate about his business and the quality of his tub. Neil was so good at explaining the features of the tub and what to expect. I think what really sold me was the excitement that Neil displayed talking about the quality of the tub and his team that puts it in. He was genuine, and you could tell he believes in the product and his team who installs it. We are so pleased with the tub and the quality, it looks so nice. The tub sounds solid and doesn't sound hollow. I was quite surprised at how strong the jets actually are and the different settings you have for the jets and lighting. My husband is the one who has a lot of back pain so I think this will be a good thing for him. Plus getting in and out of the tub will be much safer and easier as well. The installers were great I can't say enough about them. They were on time and the we're mindful of everything they did. They removed and cleaned up their mess and explained how to use the features on the tub. They did a great job on installing the tub and they also had to widen our doorway and install a new door. I would certainly recommend Colorado Walk in Bath to anyone who is looking to do a tub. Thank you Neal and team for all the hard work you did.
